I have an 8 1/2 x 11 notepad that I take to my meetings each week here at work. I take notes in the top left hand corner which takes up about 4 inches. The rest is filled with sketches. I am paying attention though--promise..............

our design guys at work do the same thing... i should start collecting:)
Meetings were made for Michelob, er I mean drawing. All my old yellow pads are littered with drawings and it's weird that although there are no words other than a meeting topic and maybe some attendees I can kinda tell what the meeting was about by what I drew. Ha!
